As a 35 year hairstylist, in 2 major cities: Chicago and San Antonio, it’s given me an amazing perspective in my craft. With multi cultural differences with hair textures and conditions, the area of creativity is limitless. First and foremost I listen to what the client is trying to achieve with their hair, my experience has allowed me to make educated decisions based on the hair ability and health. My hair coloring specialties are corrective color and natural looking color, my forte are makeovers and special events hair. Together we will refurbish your hair to your desire resolutions, recovery is my specialty, and love for Hair is my inspiration, with that being said, patience is often required to achieve the results you are looking for. I also have extensive education and work experience with many of America’s leading hair products in our beauty industry including L’Oreal, Schwarzkopf, Kevin Murphy, Bumble and Bumble, Wella and Oribe. Cancellation Policy
CANCELATION / WARRANTY
Please note that you have a maximum of 48 hours to let your stylist know that you are not happy with the outcome of your hair, so he can fix any toner/color issues you might find, as long as the the health of your hair allows it. After that period of time you will assume the cost of any service you want to be performed in your hair.
Also note that once you have booked an appointment with me it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel or rebook your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a charge of 50% of the previous appointment. This also applies for those cases when you do not show.
To avoid this fee, please provide cancellation or rescheduling notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
The only exceptions accepted are medical issues, but you will need to show proof from the Doctor's appointment.
